ECSA's staff have an average of 20-45 years of experience in government and industry. Diverse backgrounds, depth and scope of experience, and exposure to dozens of governments and global industry, affords ECSA consultants the ability to provide practical and holistic advice. 

ECSA's export controls and sanctions staff are all required to maintain certifications as Certified Sanctions and Export Control Professionals (CSECP).
