These Terms apply herein and to the use of this website and any and all Company agreements and contracts, including any and all agreement for services between the Users, herein, and any and all parties. 

COMPANY HAS ADVISED YOU AND GIVEN YOU THE OPPORTUNITY, TO SEEK THE ADVICE OF INDEPENDENT COUNSEL, AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS VOLUNTARILY AFTER CONSULTATION WITH INDEPENDENT COUNSEL OR INTENTIONALLY DECIDING NOT TO SEEK ADVICE OF INDEPENDENT COUNSEL.

Carefully read these terms and conditions (“T&C” or “Terms”) before using this website (the “Website”) or entering into any Company agreement including a master services agreement (“MSA”) with Company. Also, by accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these terms and be liable to Company, for any noncompliance with and/or breach of these terms. 

If you do not agree to these terms, as these terms may be modified from time to time, you may not use the website, create or maintain any link to the Company website or enter into any agreement with Company, unless these terms are modified in a statement of work. 

Each time you use the website and / or enter into an agreement for any Company services, your use or agreement indicates your full acceptance of and agreement to abide by these terms and conditions in its then current form. *PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THE TERMS INCLUDE PROVISIONS REGARDING NON-COMPETE AND NON-SOLICITATION AND REQUIRING THAT YOU AND ECSA WILL RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE SOLEY THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION, UNLESS AN EXCEPTION APPLIES. THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION TERMS CONTAIN YOUR WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO A TRAIL BY JURY.
