Libby joined our team in April 2024 and serves as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for ECS Advisors and also serves as Treasurer for the International Sanctions and Export Control Society.

Libby’s career has spanned over nearly 30-years in the Commercial Banking and Financial Services industry, working most recently as a Credit Manager with one of the largest top tier banks in the U.S.  

With a history of successfully managing and underwriting business loans and syndications for a portfolio of Mid-Corporate size Companies with highly complex business models and organizational structures, Libby brings with her a skillset comprised of sound risk management skills, expertise in financial analysis, cash flow forecasting/ management, and a keen eye for detail. Libby’s sound business acumen compliments ECSA’s business model, providing insight to the business side of the Company and rounds out our team of industry professionals.
